HELP please
I have a Toshiba CX 29700 tac 9014 TV
The problem is, i have horizontal lines across the top of the set
Can someone please help me with this problem.
I seem to think it has to do with the Verticle circuit but dont know what parts need to be replaced. |

Hi,
Look for the Vertical IC. U would need to replace all elect. capacitors around it. |
