chassis L6.2AA philips on a 28PT4472/01

I own the full diagram of this 70cm TV but ... it never starts.everything seems to be OK in the power supply till now, I hear a noise: it is oscillating....I have put a lamp on the +150V dc at the place of the THT oscillator and it nevers lights on. The principal Mosfet Tr and the two regulating transistors are 3 new parts, all the diodes are OK (zeners also) and resistors seem to be also.there is no short-circuit on the output of the main little trafo. Who can help me further for this repair game? Many thanks in advance, Michel

COMMON FAULT ON THESE SETS IS FAILURE OF 7505. REPLACE IT EVEN IF IT MEASURES OK.
