ViewSonic 14ES Brightness and Contrast problem

I have a ViewSonic 14ES color monitor, and there is some problem , when the monitor is power up, its brightness and contrast is in normal state. After the 20 – 30 minutes contrast and brightness may increased. ( and the display may also not clear ), I check most of the components associated with the flyback transformer and brightness / contrast control, but nothing wrong. Did anybody knows what the problem in my monitor ?

What does the B+ measure like?

Could be a bad FBT that's causing the drift in brightness & focus...
