want mem ic prog. for lg 500g monitor-cb553h

Plz help me out of this prob. i have lg studioworks 500g modelno: cb553h-na chassis-CA-120. it was not working first. after changing power ic now it is working. but still prob. is screen is seeing to be very large n flikering. my hardware engineer is saying that their is vertical prob. in memory ic no.: m24c08 which is of 8 legs. he also say that moniter freq. had converted to 60hz & it should be 50hz. is it right? as when we press menu button of monitor. the resolution showed is 800x600 60Hz. so plz anyone can solve out prob. i will be very much thanfull to him.
