For others who have been searching for how to do this:

Hold down Adjust buttons (+ & -) and "Select" on power up, then use the "Exit" button to bring up the menu - now with red top and bottom bar, in factory / service mode. RGB Bias, and lots of other options now available.

No thanks to NEC for this one whatsoever (it's a rebranded Diamond Pro 930SB)

NB: To exit service mode and re-enable normal power saving, power on while holding EXIT and both ADJUST buttons (-/+)

I need some help how I can enter the code. I have the code but not the manual of the tape. Due some electrical cut off of my car I can't use my radio. It only shows safe.
Driving in silence is making me crazy.
