Panasonic CT-36G34A

Hi,

I have a Panasonic CT-36G34A with no sound or picture, just
a sound like about half the freq of normal horiz freq.

I have some background in electronic service but
hoping someone can stear me to possible problem area,
especially if common with this model, otherwise I will
be doing a hunt and peck routine.
