Toshiba 3787DB - Very low Base / Woofer output

Getting a very low output on the sub woofer, with the sub and the base turned all the way up you can just hear it. Checked speaker and the wiring to the board which appears fine and tests ok. I do not have service manual for this model so any pointers would be much appreciated. TIA Seems like the sub amp on the board may be the problem but I can not identify it!

I have the same problem. Took the TV rear off and can't see any loose connections. Does anyone know anything that might be wrong?
