Fijutisu plasma screen help needed

I have a Grundig plasma TV fitted with a Fujitsu FPF42C10660UE-11 panel. After checking the power supply and finding its working to spec I have come to the conclusion the display panel is telling the supply to hault.

Sometimes the panel wil light and run fine for 5 minutes then off, or it will just blink on and straight off again. It would seem the 60volt line is the problem as when this is diconnected from the panel the power supply will keep running and the panel gives no off command to the power supply, connect the 60v and the panel tells the supply to hault. Any one with experience who can suggest a fix or hve a diagramme for the panel please ?
