|
|
Hi,
I have a Fujitsu Siemens Amilo D notebook and recently my backlight of the notebook is broken or at least does not work anymore.
If I look very carefully I can still 'read' the display, so information is send to the display.
My question: is it difficult to repair this type of failure or is it too expensive and not worth spending repair money on it?
the notebook is approx. 5 years old.
please advise |

Hi .
Do you know if it is broken by been hit?
Generaly thay sometimes go out ,or just never come on when you switch the computer back on.
Problem i have encountered most times is there is a small surface mount fuse on the inverter board that drives the lamp.
Hope i have been able to shed some light on your subject. |
