My Philips 21CT9953, (I think it has a CTO-S chassis), has suddenly started to lose its memory (color, contrast, volume, programs) after it is switched off. Each time I turn it on now the picture is very dark & there is no volume, once I adjust all the settings the TV works fine until it is switched off again.
Based on some of the other posts I have read here it sounds like I might need to replace a NiCad battery, but for the life of me I can't see where the battery is on the circuit boards.
Can anyone here tell me which board I can find the battery on?
Thanks in advance.
