file with .BIN extention

I've found some drawings files with BIN extention which I canot open since I dont know with which program I can open them.
Plz let me know.

Right-click them, and download to disk. .BIN can be a lot of things,
but frequently are binary images of EEPROMs, some drivers,
or data files.
