Monitor : Mitsubishi diamond plus 91(NFL9905)

Colleagues I have this monitor that it does not pull out - the 180 v fall to the end of seconds but if disconnect the line of 80V the 180 already is remained

As I do not have Schematic I ask for aid to the colleagues who knows this monitor if you give some tips to me or if somebody will have the Schematic and if me it could send
