Canon GP335 photocopier error E100

HI,

I have a Canon GP335 copier, I tried to make a copy this morning and it comes up with "Switch Main power OFF and ON" Then E100 on the next line.

I have done this a few times, and it does not seem to clear the error, does anybody know what this error code means?

I see you have a service guide, and a parts and service for purchase / download.

Which do I need to see what this problem is and how to fix it?

I don't want to buy the wrong one, and end up having to buy them both.

The Parts & Service manual will show you how to fix it. I cannont guarantee that you will not need both of the manuals.
