1.The main influence to the durability of CD-R
Temperature and humidity are the most basic and usual influence in the usage and conservancy environments of CD- R, even are the most basic condition to decide other factors. The mistake rate of CD (the main index sign of CD quality) enlarges more than 5 times if the temperature goes up 10 ℃s each time. At the same time, the CD transforms increment along with the decrease of the moisture content in CD. Light, whatever sun light and artificial light, all are harmful to the conservancy and exploitations of CD- R. The harmfulness to the information reading face from sun light is great and that to the printing face is smaller; The fluorescent lamp influents the durability of CD though the light of the fluorescent lamp is weaker. In other influence factors, the influence from red ink to the durability of CD is greatest, the next in order is blue ink, blue oil ink and black oil ink. In addition, the engrave equipments also have certain influence to CD. Different CD orientates different engrave machines. At engraving and recording speed aspect: The mistake rate of CD is lower when the engraving and recording speed at 12X-24X within the speed scope of 4X-52X, so that the highest and lowest engraving and recording speed are not the best speed.
