does anyone know what this is and how I can fix it? I was given an old 27 in sanyo tv. When I change channels the numbers start off a bit swiggly and then become straight. The picture is fine and the color is fine. After about 5 minutes a low buzz starts and slowly gets louder. Except for this problem, everything else seems fine. I know the tv is old, it has a cable hookup but no audio jacks? Any advice would be very much appreciated
Thank you

First, I would like to thank you for responding and offering me help. What is c622 & c623 and where can I find them? I am also looking to find the skematics as well.

They should be electrolytic capacitors. You really need an ESR meter to locate the dried out capacitors, but usually the capacitors are identified on the circuit board by numbers such as CXXX etc. Resistors are RXXX, diodes DXXX or CRXXX, etc.
