Delco CDR 500 (Vauxhall DIN cd player)

Hi there, I have a problem with a CD player I own. Basically, I got it off ebay. Originally it didnt eject cd's, displaying 'error CD'. I took it apart and got the CD out, put it back and the problem appeared to go.

A month or so later however and its back. It just makes a clicking sound when you try and eject (as far as I remember) and displays the same message.

Does anyone have any ideas?
