The problem is the tv doesn't have power.when i click the button on, i hear the fuse blown.i open the case, the fuse really blown.And i replace it with new fuse with same ampere.after i did that.and i click the button on.the fuse blown again. Sad Help me..

Could be a faulty positor. Remove the old one. If it rattles its faulty. Replace the fuse, then switch the set on without putting a new positor in. If it works the old positor is faulty. If the fuse blows again there's a short circuit somewhere in the psu. Check diodes and transistors.
