I need help on repairing Huyndai N243S8

Hello!

I would welcome any help you can give me on these two subjects:

1. Taking apart my laptop - I was unable to figure out how. If anyone can give me some hints (pictures would be very much appreciated)?
2. As a result I need to replace my power supply coupling. This is why I will also need to find a new one - would somebody know where I can buy one?
