Off-line pwm switch TOP227

Hey,
I'am looking for a replacement of this switch (TOP227). it's from some loudspeaker systems from a computer. When there is no signal to the speakers it goes in standby mode.
I live in Denmark, but can't seem to find it anywhere. There where a guy in Germany that had it, but it cost's 20 eur!!
There most be a place to get one cheaper.
I hope that someone can help me
