hi guys, I am new to this board and have a problem with my Philips 9P6444C103. It is a 64" rear projection. I plug it in and the green light on the front comes on and i can hear a whine but there is no picture and no sound. I took off the rear cover and there was a small square board on the front of the TV that is about 3"X4" (its located on the backside of the speaker mounting panel). On that board there were two resistors that were completly burned up. I think they were numbers 9004 and 9006. They were 10K. I replaced them and the TV still does the same thing. Anybody have any ideas what else? I was thinking about the transistors that are in the same circuit as the resistors. Also i have zero information on this TV so if anybody knows where i can find some wiring diagrams and stuff please let me know.

200V line is shorted in your TV. Most likely the video output IC(on the same board called "Neck Board or CRT Board") is shorted. But there is a chance that the CRT where you found burnt resistors could be shorted. Try replacing the TDA... (video output IC) first, then try it. Hope this helped you.
