Qestion about electronic scematics and diagrams

where I can find electrical schematics for [tomtom 300] navigation.The problem is that the chip burned out and I can not read it's part #,the chip melted completly.So please let me know where I can find schematics for this navigation unit.Thank you...Jerry

If your unit has an identifiable label, have you tried contacting Tomtom manufacture by Internet or snail mail for a service manual or schematic?
