Toshiba CX35X60

Screen has a blue tint to it, looks like everybody on every channel is it a VERY smokey bar, also there are fine "blus" line stationary horzionally. Any idea?

sounds like the 200 volt line to crt neck board is low. measure voltage on neck pcb.if ok then suspect bad transistor on neck board or bad solder connection on one of the transistors on neck pcb.if 200 volts low could be capacitor on 200 volt line.hope this helps.
