hi.
if anyone can help me i apreciate it
sorry my english im portuguese. Confused

i have a sony tv model kv-m2140 with this problem,

Wen i turn it on the screen stays completely white with a lot of bright

i can see anithing like the menu or image and the trimmer wont reduce the bright
the b+ its ok, the rgb voltage on the tube its about 50v i dont know if that's fine.
i just can't figure out waht's the problem someone help me please

the ic on the crt neck board has probably blown,check for black marks at pins.replace ic,then make sure the 200 volts is there.if not check resistor off flyback and capacitor on that line(beside flyback).

"the ic on the crt neck" you mean on the board of the crt tube?
there are no ic's on that board.
if not that were is it?

the 200v are there i chec it.

if your 200 volts is getting to crt neck board(on back of crt) and only 50 volts to crt socket and there is no ic there must be three drive transistors. one maybe bad or take crt neck pcb off and re check voltage. if voltage returns to normal(145-165) then crt likely bad.
