semiconductor equivalent

I everybody!
Maybe someone could help me finding an equivalent part and the specs for that semiconductor. After extensive search on the web, i didn't find it, even in my philips ECG book it is not listed. It is from a Hoover vacuum cleaner control pc board,the model number is S3471.

Do you have the Serialnumber of the HVC and addres where manufactured, copy or picture the name/typeplate.
