pl help me chinese TV

dear friends i have LC863328B and LA76810A chips color tv china make
The problem is that sound is ok, but there is only raster(white light lines about 20% of the screen). there is no picture tube filament lights. my series lamp is glowing bright once i swith on the TV from standby to active mode whereas in standby mode the lamp is dim.
i have checked the HOT its ok.
what other parts should i check for shorts and what other parts comprises of horizontal circuit beside Horizontal output transistor.
could you please exactly pinpoint the fault for further checks and rectifications
