How do I tune my Goodmans TV (285NS(B)) without remote?

Hello all. I no longer have the remote controller for my Goodmans TV (285NS(B)), is it still possible to tune the channels?

Here's a photo of the selection options at the bottom of the TV, I've tried messing around with them to no avail. I have no idea what the button forth from the right does, when you hit it it says 1 in the top right of the screen, hit it again and it says 2, hit it again and it brings up VHS then hit it again and it reverts back to the channel selected.



Any help appreciated.

That looks like the av button to me it swiches the tv, from tv, scarts and the front av connectors which are the three phono connectors on the left hand side (red yellow and white), you will need a remote control to tune in you set im afraid i will see what remote you will need for it.

You can look on ebay for your remote they have alot for sale yours is 285nsb but heres a link for the cheapest one i can find.
