unable to install download

Hello I tried to install the service information for a zenith
projection model iqc50h94w.i downloaded to desktop when
i double clicked download,i got a iqc50h94w-sm.rar is not
a valid win32application.is this simular to a win zip app.

Hi, you will need an application named winRar to open *.rar files. Hope this helps.

weird. it souldnt even run if yiou have the rar extension.

my best bet is that your WinRar program is corrupted, try to download it again.

i have uninstalled and reinstalled two times.
maybe iam doing something wrong?
do i have to have rar installed to get service info?
i do not have winzip on my computer.
the only files i never have a problem with are exe.files.

when i download service info.
shoul i download all 4 files.
the model is iqc50h94w.wold
you check that and let me know?

PowerArchiver version9 and up handles moust archives.
All modules must be downloaded correctly.

when i download files for zenith iqc50h94w,is there a certain way to get files.
there are four downloads on this model?
