BTP-56E3 (battery). Replace/repair smart battery circuit

Hello.

I have recently started to replace cells in laptop batteries with a good result.

But now i have a problem that i can't resolve on my own.
I apparently have destroyed the "smart battery" charger protection circuit in my acer battery pack (BTP-56E3). I was just wondering if anyone knows where i can get some information regarding replacing/repairing the circuit.
