errors on sharp AR-5316 digital copier

I have a digital copier Sharp AR-5316.
It only puls a 2 and a H
and cant take ather commands.
There a code to reset or something else?

the code is H2 to clear it make this:
enter the simulation mode: press # key - interrupt key- 'C' key - interrupt key then enter 14 and pess start print key
note : make the entering fast
