Looks like a horiz flyback problem, there is low voltage present but no high voltage ( or picture ). When the monitor 1st comes on the little neon bulb on the motherboard flashed twice then goes out. If memory serves it should continue to blink indicating proper HV and flyback operation. Maybe protection circuitry is turning the monitor HV off ? Any ideas ?
