KV-36FS70 service manual please!

Hello

Do you know where i can find service manual for KV-36FS70 (Chassis AE-5A)? I really need it. My TV stays green all the time and i can't see anything.only sound. The weird is that if i press the split screen button then i can see Tv right from the second box...the first 1 stays green.

I think the first tuner is dead, but the manual may help me repair it.
