jvc grd370u went right into safe guard mode how can i get it

how do i get this out of safeguard

Not familiar with the model but from what i remember, provided if everything is ok, ejecting &reinserting the tape usually cleard the safeguard ---unless of course there is some sort of internal fault.

...As an addition, I 'd STRONGLY suggest learning basic electricity/electronics & gaining some experience before attempting to work with on something like a camera or camcorder.
