Red "P" on the screen mod R52WH74

Hey, I just bought one of these rca's that was a display model ar wal-mart, they couldn't find the orignal remote of the owners/instruction manual. The tv works great and i bought a universl remote that works fint too but there is a red p at the bottom of the screen that I can't seem to get rid of.

Try
System Reset: Remove AC
power and short out CP555 on the ssb for 10
seconds then reapply AC power.
