Horizontal sync is slipping on this TV (Magnavox TS 2760-C207, Chassis 27E508-00AA). Can't find a manual on it. No obvious controls available on the PCB. Anyone know what might cause this and how to fix?

Replace C432 (100uf 200vdc)
