Hi
I was hoping i can find help here. As you can see its a Thomson 28WS72J - 402/ICC9 , and the problem is a scan issue whereby the picture is to big for the screen and any vertical lines near the edge of the screen are warped inward.
I hope this make sense to someone. I have no technical skills and hope it can be sorted via a remote.
BTW the TV was given to us and we use one of them 4in1 remotes.
Please help. |

replace C42 4.7mfd 150v cap, may be marked as CL42, its at the back of the chassis near the line output transformer |

Sorry for being a complete NOOB but where can i get the parts , and is it easy to fix? |

any electronics hobby shop will sell them and all you need to do is remove the old one and solder the new in place. |
