Hi
I was hoping i can find help here. As you can see its a Thomson 28WS72J - 402/ICC9 , and the problem is a scan issue whereby the picture is to big for the screen and any vertical lines near the edge of the screen are warped inward.
I hope this make sense to someone. I have no technical skills and hope it can be sorted via a remote.

BTW the TV was given to us and we use one of them 4in1 remotes.

Please help.

replace C42 4.7mfd 150v cap, may be marked as CL42, its at the back of the chassis near the line output transformer

Sorry for being a complete NOOB but where can i get the parts , and is it easy to fix?

any electronics hobby shop will sell them and all you need to do is remove the old one and solder the new in place.
