Sharp Aquos LC-60C6400U, no power, flashing light

Hi all, this is my first post here. I acquired a Sharp Aquos 60” LED TV recently, knowing it was broken and wanting to fix it.
Originally, I was getting nothing when trying to turn it on. I was seeming to get mostly nothing on my multimeter when checking out the power supply board so I bought a new one and a new t-con board.
Now when I plug it in, I get a flashing light, one quick, one slow.

I have read online that this may mean I’d have to replace the LED strips. I was trying to check those out with the multimeter, but I was getting readings close to zero on everything (with it plugged in), both with it connected to the led strips and not connected, which (according to a video I saw) would supposedly mean the main power board was bad... but a I just replaced that.

Anyone know more about this than I do that can help?

I suggest you get help from the place you bought it because they know very well about the warranty etc, I am also using this one and I bought it 5 months ago from Reecoupons, and it's perfectly fine, I suggest you contact a person from where you got it.
