not copying dard

i have a xerox 5028. the light came on to replace the copy cartridge. so i did. it is printing like it doesnt have any toner in it. but its a new on in it. is there anything i can do?

May be you should uninstall it and then again re-install it properly... or otherwise check your device driver??
