I want to 'extend' the capabilities of this audio system by attaching wireless speakers via the headphone socket; however, I want to continue hearing the sound from the system speakers! My (limited!) understanding is that the headphone jack effectively breaks the circuits to the speakers - can anyone please tell me which contacts I need to short out on the circuitboard so that the speakers are not switched off when the headphone jack is inserted? Thanks

Why don't you pull the head phone jack out and modify it to a speaker jack? |
