There is nothing in the way of manuals available for this printer. It is part of the 'HP disposable' line.
There are very few manuals available for any Officejet.

Is there a way to cross-reference an officejet to the most similar hp inkjet printer?

I'm repairing a T45 c5374a

The only thing you can do is to go to the HP site and look at each printer to see what looks like it. You'll prolly only be able to see current models though.

Another method is to look at an ink cartridge supplier's website to see which other models use the same cartridges as your printer. Then you know that those other printers at least have some mechanical similarities to your model.
