Philips 34PT6361 PIP Problems / Help!!!!!!

I have a Philips 34PT6361/69R TV. My problem is that i am only able to watch the DVD (or any video input) when I use the PIP but i dont get to see it when i switch it as my main picture/channel. I rememver the last time the Philips repairman/service technician came over, he only used the remote control to enter some codes and the problem was fixed. Unfortunately, I didnt get the exact procedures. Anybody there who can help??? Thanks..
