Hi i am using a Ferguson ICC9 D95N Tv in work, last week i switched it on and it says on the screen Install Menu and then gives me the options of 6 languages.

Either the tv is not responding to any buttons i push or the remote control is not working.

How can i get around this problem so that the tv will work.

(we only use the tv for training videos)

Any help would be much appreciated.

the front buttons on that model are on a plastic membrane, the membrane becomes slightly conductive, disconnect it from the control panel in the set and the remote should function normally.

Thanks for the advice. I have got the Remote working now.

However every time i turn the tv off and on again it asks me to select the install language and then wants to re-program all the channels.

Does anyone know a solution?
