No surprise there, since I found it next to a curb, after a nice rainy day.
(I have "." this much electronics experience. Basically, I'm a guy with a soldering gun.
The water's gone, and I plugged it up; with power, there's a clicking in an area on the board near a large capacitor and a transformer, along with other diodes, resistors, etc.
After pushing the power button to turn it off, the clicking goes away.
My guess is the capacitor... If I had a camera I'd give you a photo...
Any guesses? |

also, The Cap is manufactured by HEC, and it's a 150uF 400V, and there's another blue cap(can't see any details) near it that looks like it's corroded with something. |
