Mercedes BECKER BE6003 will not illuminate

Hi all, my 2000 Mercedes-Benz Becker BE6003 radio no longer illuminates amber colored when the accessory lights are turned on. Is this a common problem with these radios? Does anyone know how to repair this?

There's little lamps inside that burn out and they can be replaced.

Can you tell me where I can buy those little bulbs (with 2 wires) that get soldered into the circuit board?
