dark screen on my westpoint tv model no. cxw3708(14'')

This westpoint tv comes on with the onscreen displays but the tv screen stays dark, no rasters,no pictures. If you try to increase the sreen control, flyback lines appears across the screen. How do i sort this fault out? this same fault occurs in all the fifteen tvs to be fix.
