I have an older car in which a water leak has possibly damaged the wiper control relay. How can I test it for failures? |

Does the wipers work?
If not, consult the electric drawing of your car and connect the 12V directly to the wiper motor(briefly).
If the wipers work, the relay is gone. |

Take a meter and turn the switch on and see if your getting 12 volts at the wiring harness. Normally it's the ground wire to the motor that goes bad. |
