Kaise SK-3015

Can someone help me with a circuit diagramme for an SK-3015, or voltage test levels, please. It was accidentally powered up with 415 volts during a test. Ohm meter does not function at all, but the megger side of it is faulty. Now, during a megger test, (on zero resistance) the needle heads toward 0 ohm, but stops at about 1 Mohm, then returns to inf. Meter then meeds to be powered down and restarted to get any reaction. There is no sign of physical damage to any of the components or IC's. Thank you in anticipation, Dave.
