a problem witha grundig t51/440

Hello!
I have a grundig t51-440/1e wiyh an ancient remote. I want to tune up the channels and i don't have any idea how to do it.
in the tv i have thevolume and programs (up/down) buttons plus 6 buttons: m,n,f,p/c, a small arrowto a point and an arrow into a circle. and the remote has only 1-9 buttons (doesn't has the 0 button and some few buttons erased.

CAN ANYBODY HELP ME TUNE ME TV ? or at least send me the user manual for this TV : GRUNDIG T51-440/1E

is it the original remote for that set many old grundigs will operate later tv's but will not give you all the feature's
