Where to find i320 Service Tool

Can anyone tell me, please where can I find the i320 Service Tool in order to complette the EEPROM reset proces and to solve the Waste Ink Tank Full Problem ? Thanks !

i have it. but there's one slight problem... it doesn't run on windows XP... other people say that it should be run on windows 98 or ME, but i tried to run it there, and the same error occured (i/f dll cannot be loaded)...
