Samsung charged your account

[Samsung Problem]

Hi, I've been An Authorized Samsung service center for 1 1/2 year, last july , samsung sent me a statement of $20.000, in parts that they said I ordered, until then I never received any statements from them.
Yea I ordered parts to fix in warranty jobs, just few parts I ordered out of warranty.
After this i've been in constantly discussion with then about this, and no one could help me.
First I would like to know if anyone here has same problem with samsung before,
Second What Should I do ???

Ask them to produce your signatures from the company that delivered the parts.
