Hi,

Is there a button combination or way to get into a 'service mode' for a V32ECCB?

I believe my screen has a software problem and I'd like to try a factory reset - if such an option exists?

When I switch the main power on to the screen it will either display nothing, green LED alight or it might show a blue screen with VGA or a channel number as input - but it won't respond to the remote or any buttons - occasionally it will work and show a picture but then if the source (a media centre PC) is switched off the screen goes to sleep and won't resume again.

It has also woken from standby, when the media PC was off, with a white screen, then displayed multiple coloured vertical lines and sat in that state until main switch used to power off.

Any help really appreciated!
